At Everyday Consultants, we recently had the privilege of partnering with DLT Labs, a leading software enterprise employing 500 individuals. They approached us with a specific need – to overhaul their HR management processes. Their operations, which ranged from employee onboarding to attendance tracking and performance evaluations, required modernization to keep up with the dynamic corporate environment.

The Challenges
Further complicating matters, the company faced issues with data discrepancies due to manual data entry and the use of disparate systems. This lack of data integrity was a significant roadblock, impeding both decision-making and accurate reporting. To top it all, DLT Labs needed a scalable HR solution. With a burgeoning workforce of 500 employees, they needed a system that could seamlessly accommodate their growth and effectively manage their expanding HR needs.

In addition, we configured the system to facilitate efficient performance evaluations. This included processes for setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and tracking employee progress, which collectively resulted in a more transparent and streamlined performance appraisal process. To ensure data consistency and prevent duplication, we integrated Zoho People with DLT Labs’ existing systems – Zoho Payroll and Zoho Recruit. Finally, to aid in strategic decision-making, we developed custom reports and dashboards. These tools provided real-time insights into HR data, significantly enhancing the company’s ability to make informed decisions.
